SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for using Oily Poily’s products.

Your association is important to us and therefore we endeavour to follow a transparent refund policy. Please read the terms governing our shipping and return policy.

All our items are originally handcrafted and genuine. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of any of the items you have purchased from us or are considering purchasing, please contact us directly by emailing us at info@oilypoily.com and we shall be happy to address your concerns.

All our products are shipped from warehouses in Delhi NCR and delivered by reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days for receipt of your order:

3-4 days for same city, same state deliveries

7-14 days for other areas

Cancellation

​

For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected (in case of COD orders) shipping costs will be charged for both to & fro at actuals.

Returns

 

Oily Poily follows a transparent returns policy for all our products subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein. You can return any unused product(s) you have ordered, within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt. Please note that used products cannot be returned. To return the unused goods, please email us at info@oilypoily.com and we will guide you your way through completion. Products should not have been tried or used and the packaging should not have been tampered in any way.

The reverse product request will be assigned within 24-48 hours and the product will be picked in another 2-5 working days. After the product is picked along with the packaging box, the delivery executive will hand over the invoice. We will need a picture of this invoice to be shared with us at info@oilypoily.com. The products purchased under clearance cannot be returned or replaced.

Refunds

​

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which Oily Poily receives returned goods. In case of prepaid order through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. In case of cash-on-delivery order, a bank transfer will be made for which certain details need to be provided over email (info@oilypoily.com), the amount will be refunded to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. Please note that cash-on-delivery charges and shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

 

Please note: Oily Poily is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported at info@oilypoily.com on the day of delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
